What an infrared sauna really costs me: a $69.99 monthly membership, what that works out to per visit depending on how often I actually go, and the home saunas with red light I’ve been pricing, from about $1,800 to $10,000.
I tried NAD IV therapy for the first time, 1,000 mg mixed into my usual vitamin drip at home. Here is what it felt like, why it took six hours, what my husband felt too, what I noticed the week after, and what I found when I looked up how often you can get it.
What is actually in an IV drip? Here’s every ingredient in the bag a registered nurse hung at our place: 500 mL of saline, B12, a B complex, a B1 vitamin, vitamin C, alpha lipoic acid, glutathione, and a multivitamin, plus the NAD we added the second time and why the bag turned yellow.

My first at-home IV took about an hour and a half. The second one took six hours. Here is my real timeline from line in to needle out, why NAD+ slowed the whole bag down, and what I would ask before booking one.
